A city in south Texas had
foreclosed on property due to
back taxes. Upon inspection of
the building a number of
environmental issues were noted.
With the potential buyer
waiting, the city needed the
facility to be remediated
immediately.
The Kleen-Team responded and
completed the following services
to prepare the building for sale
and to satisfy the prospective
buyers:
Demolition - A large
external ventilation device was
dismantled and disposed of. The
demolition included hundres of
feet of interior ducting.
Kleen-Pak -
Miscellaneous chemicals were
scattered throughout the
building and
grounds. These were collected,
segregated and disposed of.
